1. How do I change my subscription schedule?

Log into your Member Portal → Select “Subscription” → Choose to reschedule, skip, or adjust your delivery frequency.

2.How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

3. When will I see results?

Most customers see visible whitening in 1–2 months, but results vary. Continuous daily use prevents stains from returning and keeps your smile bright long term.

How long does shipping take?

Our delivery usually takes 3 to 15 business days. You can confirm the exact time on the checkout page. The delivery time may be delayed during holidays. Please understand. The shipping time usually starts the next day after placing the order. However, if you place the order on Friday, it might be shipped on Monday.

How much does shipping cost?

All of our products are free of shipping charges during the event. Please feel free to place your order!

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery.

How do returns work?

We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, return your order within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping & handling).

 

⚠️ Special note for personal care products (e.g., Oral products):
For hygiene reasons, personal care products do not need to be sent back if you request a refund. However, the refund amount will still be limited to 40% of the original payment.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within3 - 7 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.
